My name is Cherelle Holt and I am currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Web Development. My motivation to obtain a degree in Information Technology is mainly due to the growing trends in technology and the demand for new innovations. In addition, I enjoy creating and developing new things. I am a married mother with two wonderful children; one boy and one girl. My children have become my biggest motivation to continue my education and become successful in my career. Before my children, I served 6 years in the Army with a 1-year tour in Iraq. Although I enjoyed my military career, I decided to leave after the birth of my first child. During my military career, I also met my husband; we will be celebrating our 6-year anniversary this March. With that being said, my proudest accomplishments are being a mother, getting married, and serving my country. However, I hope to add the completion of my Bachelor's degree, as well as a Master's degree in Computer Science; with an expected start date in May 2016.
